Minutes of Seventh General Body Meeting was held at Ramalaya Premises on 3 /4/2023, Monday, 5:00 PM.
1. Political, controversial messages are not seen in What's app group these days. The President thanked all the members for their cooperation in this regard.
2. In pursuance of the get together party planned to be organized in the first week of April, the organizing committee conducted a meeting, took advice of the doctors consulted, In view of the present situation, the spread of corona, H3N2 influenza virus, the organising committee decided to postpone for the time being. After the effect of the virus subsides, the committee will meet again and inform about the organizing get-together party.
3. The President said that he noticed, may be by chance or it may be by assuming that all senior citizens sitting together in one place, in the temple on the occasion of the anniversary in the Ram Temple seemed to express our association’s presence and our unity. which made him very happy, is; All our members sitting together in the temple on the occasion of the anniversary in the Ram Temple seemed to express our community presence and our unity.

4. Few members met. GHMC Deputy Commissioner,
He said to meet the Zonal commissioner about the construction of the building.
After establishing a building, a monthly payment of Rs. 6,000 for a caretaker can be paid. He promised that he can arrange to pay for the caretaker. There are some companies donate chairs, and he said that he will recommend them.
The President expressed his gratitude to Pandurangaiah, Venu Mohana Rao, Narasimha Rao and Vijayakumar who accompanied him in this regard.
5. Every member and spouse are requested to update registration form with details of blood group, health insurance, health issues, medication, emergency phone numbers, current address, date of birth, marriage date, department at the time of retirement, designation, or current job, hobbies, etc. (some of these are optional), and any other information to be useful in case of emergency.
6. "Doctor's Health Advice" Doctor gaari aarogya salahaalu program on health precautions for us elderly people and "Oka manchi maata" under this, short lectures related to cultural richness, cultural values, ideals and personality development will be organised in every monthly meeting.
In this regard, the members Vadlamani Satyanarayana Murthy immediately said "Annam Parabrahma swaroopam" and asked Krishna Murthy to explain about this.
7. In pursuance to the wish of the members, K Krishna Murthy explained the principle of "Annam Parabrahma Swarupam" in an elaborate manner.
8. As a part of "Dr's Health Advice" ‘Doctor gaari aarogya salahaalu’ program, Dr CM Prabhu made all the senior members aware about the need and procedure of drinking water .
9. Some members expressed their opinion that it would be better if the agenda of the meeting was informed to the members in advance.
The President informed that they will try to do so in the next meeting.
10. The President welcomed new members GL Kumar and GRK Prasad into the Association and asked them to introduce themselves. They introduced themselves to the members of the association.
There after all the association members introduced themselves.
11. The President requested the members, who have not paid the Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) till now to please do pay immediately.
12. Finally, all senior citizen association members jointly honoured to K. Krishna Murthy(83) who had Sahasra Chandra Darshan.
The meeting ended with the valedictory address by K. Pandu Rangaiah, Joint Secretary.
